Mixed fruit smoothie: approx. 1 cup orange juice, 1/3 cup water, 1 small carrot, 1/3 cup frozen mango, 2/3 cup mixed frozen fruit (peaches, pineapple, grapes, strawberries), some raspberries, a dollop of coconut yogurt, 1 tsp flax oil, and 1 tbsp hemp hearts.
