Grilled Cauliflower “Steak” with Charred Tomato Sauce, Heirloom Bean Salad, and Arugula from Highball & Harvest at the Ritz-Carlton, Grande Lakes.
This was a filling, flavorful, yet healthy and elegant dish from - of all places - a heavily Southern-Inspired hotel restaurant. I followed it with a (sadly, not pictured) Georgia peach sorbet that was so creamy and smooth, I had to double check that it was dairy-free!
I am home, and – assuming the approaching tropical storm doesn’t knock out the power for too long – the regularly-scheduled recipes will return shortly!
