Congratulations to Shupe’s on the Boardwalk for making the best veggie burger on St. Croix! 🍔🍟 It’s homemade, totally vegan, super flavorful, not mushy, and the edges manage to stay crisp throughout. I was ravenous so I ordered a double patty and dressed it up with grilled onions and hot sauce in addition to the standard lettuce/tomato/pickle. This beauty combines with some rosemary/sage/thyme fries and rum and cokes made me a very, very happy girl. 🌴
