This powerful little to-go plate is packed with seasoned brown rice, stewed red beans, stewed tofu, potato salad, a black bean patty, and a fresh, green salad of lettuce, carrot, and beet. To drink, I had a refreshing iced moringa-ginger-lime concoction. Everything about this meal is so kind to the body (in addition to being animal free!), and despite not getting enough sleep last night, I feel recharged and ready to take on the afternoon - a sleepy time for most people! 💪🏼 If you’re ever near La Reine around lunchtime on a weekday, I highly suggest checking out this little yellow food truck!
