Strawberry Sweetness & Walnut Antioxidants
Good news for strawberry & walnut lovers! Researchers at UC Davis and the University of Florida are studying the strawberry genome in order to breed a strawberry that has both shelf life and that fresh-off-the-vine sweetness.
