Meyer Lemon-Scented Tofu from Le Cellier Steakhouse at Epcot’s Canada Pavilion 🇨🇦 Boyd, my mom, and I went all the way to Canada for dinner, last night! 🙃 I’m guessing that this dish is about as authentically Canadian as Key Lime pie, but I was so thrilled to find such a beautiful and delicious vegan meal at a Disney restaurant – a steakhouse, no less! This tofu is lightly breaded (for a lovely, non-mushy texture) and served with Meyer lemon purée, asparagus (puréed, tips lightly fried, and finely chopped stalks), farro, and pea shoots.
