- 4 maçãs sem casca cortadas em pedaços
- 2 pêras descascadas cortadas em pedaços
- 1/2 xícara de chá de ameixa preta
- 1/2 xícara de chá de damasco seco
- 1/2 xícara de chá de passas
- 5 copos de água
- 5 1/2 xícaras de chá de açúcar
- 5 colheres de chá de essência de baunilha
- 1 colher de sopa de suco de limão
Coloque numa panela a águae o açúcar e deixe em fogo baixo por 15 minutos. Junte as frutas e os demais ingredientes. Deixe no fogo até que as frutas estejam cozidas, mas sem desmanchar. Sirva frio.
