1Kgs de nectarinas sem caroço
500Grs de pessegos sem caroço
1.Kg de açúcar
1 limão e meio espremidos
Preparo:
Num tacho de cobre coloco uma parte de pessegos e nectarinas, uma de açúcar, um limão espremido e depois o restante pessego e nectarinas, açúcar e último limãos espremido, dou uma boa mexidela e vai ao lume até ferver, assim que ferver, ponho em ponto médio e deixo cozer por +- 2 horas até atingir ponto estrada, assim que este atingir o ponto estrada coloco a compota dentro dos frascos préviamente esterilizados e fecho muito bem fechados e virados de pernas para o ar 24 horas. E voilá, mais uma boa dose...Compota de nectarinas e pessego
