- 1 kg de goiabas maduras e sadias --
- 200 gramas de açúcar cristal;
- 1 copo (americano)de água.
- Lavar muito bem as frutas e parti-las ao meio, retirando-se as sementes.
- Fazer uma calda grossa com o açúcar, colocar as goiabas na calda e deixar ferver.
- Guarde em potes e incremente a seu gosto, quando servir.
Observação:
- Não deixe as goiabas despedaçarem.
